  • Compensation: PKR 300,000 per month + Performance-Based Commission

Role Overview

We are seeking a confident and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to manage and expand our UK client portfolio, primarily within the legal and professional services sector.

This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional with strong English communication skills, proven UK market exposure, and experience selling high-trust service-based solutions.

Candidates with experience working with law firms, immigration firms, or regulated professional services will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales engagement with UK-based clients

  • Promote and sell service-based offerings (legal & professional services focus)

  • Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client requirements

  • Deliver professional presentations aligned with UK business standards

  • Qualify leads and manage the full sales cycle

  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and structured pipeline reporting

  • Achieve monthly revenue targets and performance KPIs

  • Coordinate onboarding with internal and client-side teams



Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in service-industry sales

  • Demonstrated experience working with UK-based companies or clients

  • Fluent spoken and written English (client-facing proficiency)

  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills

  • Professional phone presence and communication style

  • Comfortable working UK time zone from Islamabad office

  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
