Senior Business Development Executive

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identifying new business opportunities. Researching the market, identifying potential clients, and using tools like LinkedIn, trade portals, and industry databases to build a robust pipeline.
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales and Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets by presenting products or services effectively and negotiating deals.
  • Market Research: Analyzing industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to develop effective sales and business strategies.
  • Collaboration: Working with other departments to align business development strategies with overall company goals.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to research and analyze market trends and identify opportunities.
  • Self-motivation and discipline, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Basic understanding of sales and business concepts, with training often provided by employers.
  • Experience in B2B sales, client handling, and virtual presentations is highly valued.
