We are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Executive with strong ICT infrastructure sales experience within a System Integrator environment in Dubai. The role demands technical solution-selling capability, strategic account ownership, and consistent target achievement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and margin targets across enterprise and government sectors.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand growth within the existing installed base.
- Lead the complete sales cycle including prospecting, technical solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Drive sales of ICT infrastructure solutions including Enterprise Server & Storage, Enterprise Networking (Switching/Routing/Security), and Data Center solutions.
- Manage complex RFPs, tenders, and bidding processes for high-value ICT projects.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Professional Services teams to design and present end-to-end integrated solutions aligned with client business requirements.
- Keep sales forecasts and pipeline details accurate, update CRM reports regularly, and consistently meet or exceed the given sales targets.
- Must have 6–8 years of experience in ICT account management, with previous work at a Dubai-based system integrator.
- Demonstrate strong technical understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of winning complex ICT solution projects.
