Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive – Overseas Employment

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected Senior Business Development Executive with prior experience in large Overseas Employment Promoters (OEPs) / manpower export companies. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in generating foreign job orders, particularly from GCC markets (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE, etc.), and managing employer relationships independently.

Candidates with experience in reputed manpower export companies such as Delta International Recruitment Agency, Allied Services International, Khawaja Manpower, Descon Engineering (manpower/export division) or similar large OEPs will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and secure foreign job orders from overseas clients (especially Saudi Arabia & Kuwait).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international employers.
• Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and service agreements.
• Coordinate with recruitment and processing teams for smooth execution of projects.
• Identify new business opportunities in GCC and other international markets.
• Meet assigned revenue and business development targets.
• Maintain database of overseas clients and ensure consistent follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in business development within OEP / manpower export companies.
• Strong network with GCC-based employers.
• Proven track record of securing and closing overseas manpower projects.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Thorough understanding of overseas recruitment procedures and documentation.
• Mature, target-driven, and able to handle business development independently.

Compensation: 120,000-180,000/- PKR

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
