SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager based in Manama. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic business plans to achieve company goals. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating and closing deals, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.

• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
• Strategic thinking and planning capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
