Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager– Wealth Management

Location: Navi Mumbai and Thane

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven Expertise: 5+years of experience in business development, preferably in the financial services, wealth management, or related sectors.
  • Strategic Mindset: A strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to create and execute strategies that drive revenue and growth.
  • Client-centric: Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with high net worth clients.
  • Leadership skills: Experience managing and mentoring teams, setting KPI’s and driving performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and nurture new business opportunities, focusing on high net worth individuals (HNIs) in Thane and Navi Mumbai.
  • Development and execute business strategies to increase brand visibility and drive growth in key market segments.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify new revenue streams and enhance existing processes.
  • Foster strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
