We are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to join a growing financial services company in Saudi Arabia. As the first commercial hire, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their go-to-market strategy, building key relationships, and driving revenue growth across the Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key sectors

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders

Collaborate closely with leadership to refine our value proposition and market positioning

Lead the sales process from prospecting through to deal closure

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
Requirements:

5+ years of experience in business development, sales or partnerships within financial services, lending or fintech

Strong understanding of the Saudi market and regulatory landscape

Proven ability to build networks and close high-value deals
