About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Senior Business Development Manager with strong market knowledge and an established network in Dubai’s real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of developing business opportunities, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand market presence.
- Identify potential clients, investors, and project partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a wide network of agents, brokers, and developers.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and client meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the real estate industry in UAE.
- Strong network of agents and brokers in Dubai.
- Proven track record in business development and deal closing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients efficiently.
