Catalo Natural Health Science is a fast-growing company in the health and wellness sector, specializing in premium-quality vitamins, minerals, and targeted wellness supplements for people and pets around the world. We proudly own and manage multiple product lines and brands, including our natural wellness brand Purenew, which recently advanced to the final round of the prestigious NEXTY Awards — a recognition of innovation and quality excellence in the natural products industry.

As part of our strategic expansion in the U.S. and Western markets, we are seeking a seasoned, results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead our wholesale and channel sales operations while driving new business growth in channel sales, B2B, and ingredient sales. This position offers the opportunity to manage major channel sales accounts, expand distribution networks, explore B2B partnerships, and lead a sales team in a dynamic, high-growth international environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Channel & Wholesale Business Management

  • Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of wholesale and channel sales, including account management, order processing, forecasting, and customer support for B2B clients.
  • Establish and grow relationships with major retail and distribution partners, such as Costco, Walmart, and other national retailers, to expand brand visibility and sales.
  • Develop tailored channel sales and promotional strategies to drive performance and achieve revenue targets.

2. New Business Development (B2B)

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new B2B and ingredients selling across the supplement sectors.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging growth opportunities and partnership leads.
  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and partnership presentations.
  • Negotiate agreements aligned with revenue goals and strategic priorities.

3. eCommerce & Platform Sales (iHerb and Third-Party Channels)

  • Manage and optimize sales on iHerb and other third-party platforms.
  • Oversee listing quality, marketing campaigns, and inventory alignment to maximize growth potential.
  • Use data analytics to evaluate campaign performance and channel ROI.

4. Strategic Planning & Market Expansion

  • Develop and execute annual business development plans that align with company and U.S. market strategies.
  • Represent Catalo and Brands at major industry trade shows and expos, leveraging opportunities and associated events to enhance visibility and partnerships.

5. Leadership & Team Management

  • Supervise and guide junior sales team members, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
  • Set clear KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and provide development coaching.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in business development, channel/wholesale sales, or key account management, preferably in consumer goods, nutrition, or wellness but not a must.
  • Demonstrated success managing large channel sales accounts (Costco, Walmart, iHerb, etc.) and achieving consistent sales growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience leading junior sales staff with a collaborative leadership style.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and financial acumen.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically for meetings, expos, and industry events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
