Business Development Manager-arabic speaker

Job Purpose

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving student recruitment, institutional partnerships, revenue growth, and brand expansion of the European Campus. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic collaborations, and increasing market presence locally and internationally while ensuring compliance with UAE education regulations.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Development

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to increase student enrollment and institutional revenue.
  • Identify new markets (local, regional, and international) for student recruitment and academic collaboration.
  • Conduct market research to analyze competitors, pricing, and emerging education trends.

Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Establish and manage partnerships with schools, colleges, training centers, agents, embassies, and corporate entities.
  • Develop MoUs with international universities, mobility partners, and exchange programs.
  • Represent the European Campus in education fairs, expos, seminars, and networking events.

Student Recruitment & Marketing

  • Work closely with admissions and marketing teams to achieve enrollment targets.
  • Support promotional campaigns, open days, school visits, and outreach activities.
  • Coordinate with digital marketing teams to improve lead generation and conversions.

Corporate & Institutional Relations

  • Develop corporate training programs, executive education, and sponsored student opportunities.
  • Liaise with government entities, free zones, and accreditation bodies when required.
  • Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors.

Financial & Performance Management

  • Prepare business proposals, forecasts, and revenue plans.
  • Monitor KPIs related to enrollment growth, partnerships, and ROI.
  • Prepare periodic reports for senior management with recommendations.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all business development activities comply with UAE education laws and institutional policies.
  • Maintain ethical recruitment practices in line with Ministry of Education (MoE) and KHDA/CAA guidelines (as applicable).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Phd in Business Administration, Marketing, Education Management, or related field (master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in business development, preferably in higher education or training institutions.
  • Proven experience in student recruitment, partnerships, and market expansion.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE education sector and regulatory environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
