Senior Business Development Manager

As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Sr. Business Development Manager who is passionate about serving the senior community and driven to build partnerships that make a difference.

The Sr. Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth by developing strategic partnerships, increasing referrals, and promoting Amada Senior Care services within the community. This individual will build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, senior living communities, physicians, case managers, and other referral sources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a local marketing and outreach strategy to grow referral sources and client base.
  • Completing a 5 day sales cycle each week
  • Build relationships with healthcare professionals, discharge planners, senior living facilities, and community organizations.
  • Meeting with and onboarding new clients, working through the process to engage, inform and complete the sign up new clients
  • Conduct presentations and represent the company at networking events, health fairs, and community meetings.
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships and strategic alliances within the senior care ecosystem.
  • Document all activities in the CRM.
  • Track performance metrics and report on referral trends and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and continuity of care.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of competitors and market trends in home care services.

Qualifications

  • 0-3+ years of business development or sales experience, in home care, hospice, healthcare, staffing or senior living.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for improving the lives of seniors and their families.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
