Senior Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead business growth, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships in our Muscat-based organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you will shape business expansion strategies, manage key client relationships, and contribute directly to company growth.

What you'll do:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Manage client relationships and ensure long-term business growth
  • Develop and execute business development and sales strategies
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and trends
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client solutions and proposals
  • Prepare business reports, forecasts, and performance updates
  • Support revenue growth targets and overall business expansion plans

Requirements:

  • Experience in business development, sales, marketing, or related fields preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Good organizational and strategic thinking abilities
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
  • Basic understanding of market research and business strategy
  • Leadership experience is an advantage but not required

Pay: RO1,300.000 - RO3,000.000 per month
