Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead business growth, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships in our Muscat-based organization. What you'll do:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Manage client relationships and ensure long-term business growth
- Develop and execute business development and sales strategies
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and trends
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client solutions and proposals
- Prepare business reports, forecasts, and performance updates
- Support revenue growth targets and overall business expansion plans
Requirements:
- Experience in business development, sales, marketing, or related fields preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
