Senior Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager (m/f/d) who can take ownership of strategic growth initiatives across regional and international markets. You will lead business growth efforts while bridging the gap between client expectations and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth Strategy:
Develop and execute regional business development strategies that support long term company expansion and revenue growth.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, stakeholders, and strategic partners.

Market Expansion:
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and emerging market trends across the Gulf region.

Team Leadership:
Mentor and guide junior business development professionals while maintaining a high performance sales culture.

Commercial Negotiations:
Lead high value negotiations, prepare commercial proposals, and manage contract discussions with clients.

Performance Reporting:
Track KPIs, revenue pipelines, and forecasting reports to support executive decision making.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
6+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales Management, or Commercial Strategy, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.

Industry Background:
Experience in technology solutions, digital services, enterprise consulting, or operational services is highly preferred.

Communication Skills:
Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Language Skills:
English proficiency is required. Arabic language skills are considered an advantage for regional client engagement.

Mindset:
You are commercially driven, proactive, and capable of balancing long term strategic growth with immediate business opportunities.

Pay: KD1,400.000 - KD1,900.000 per month
