We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our Sales department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving high-value business growth in the Web/App niche through Upwork, strategic outreach, strong client communication, and successful project delivery coordination.
This is a role with higher responsibility. Candidates must have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing Web/App projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and close high-value Web/App projects on Upwork
- Lead client communication through calls and written proposals
- Write high-converting, customized proposals and responses
- Negotiate contracts and close deals professionally
- Maintain and grow long-term client relationships for repeat business
- Coordinate with the creative team to ensure smooth and successful project delivery
- Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Develop and execute growth strategies to consistently hit revenue targets
- Provide regular sales and pipeline reports to management
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of Upwork business development experience in Web/App niche
- Proven record of achieving at least $8K/month in previous targets
- Ability to handle a monthly revenue target of ~$12K
- Strong calling, negotiation, and persuasive writing skills
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
- Strong client handling and project coordination capabilities
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and ability to work independently

6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
