Senior Business Development Representative – Design & Remodeling Sales

Job summary: This is a results-driven sales role for an experienced closer who thrives on prospecting, networking, and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in construction, remodeling, architecture, interior design, commercial services, or related industries and already possesses an established network of contacts that can generate immediate opportunities.

You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, strategically cold calling and prospecting, building relationships with property owners, developers, investors, real estate professionals, and business owners, and converting opportunities into design and remodeling projects.

  • Make a minimum of 50 strategic outbound calls per day to qualified prospects
  • Generate and qualify new residential and commercial design/remodeling opportunities
  • Build relationships with property owners, investors, real estate professionals, developers, property managers, and business owners
  • Prospect through cold calling, networking, referrals, email outreach, social media, and industry events
  • Maintain and manage a consistent sales pipeline
  • Schedule consultations and meetings for our design team
  • Follow up diligently with prospects and nurture long-term relationships
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reporting

Pay: $45,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
