Senior Business Development Specialist (Paper & Packaging Solutions) – Dubai

We are looking for a highly experienced and professional team member to support market development and client engagement in the field of paper-based products and consumable packaging solutions in Dubai.

This role is ideal for someone with strong industry knowledge, excellent commercial sense, and proven ability to build long-term B2B relationships.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in the paper products / packaging / consumables sector
• Proven track record in business development, commercial negotiation, and client relationship management
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) — professional negotiation level required
• Strong understanding of the Dubai/UAE market and relevant customer segments
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and convert them into active accounts
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and deal-closing skills
• Professional, responsible, and results-driven mindset

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand business opportunities in Dubai
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Present suitable product solutions based on customer needs
• Lead commercial discussions and follow opportunities through to closing
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction

Preferred Background

• Direct experience in paper converting, disposable packaging, or food-service packaging
• Existing market connections in the UAE is a strong advantage
