Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to lead the development and optimization of BI solutions that empower business decisions. The ideal candidate will transform complex data into meaningful insights, build dashboards, and guide teams on data-driven actions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights to stakeholders across departments (finance, operations, marketing, sales).
• Build and maintain KPI frameworks and performance monitoring tools.

2. BI Tools & Dashboard Development

• Create, manage, and optimize dashboards and reports using tools such as:
• Power BI
• Tableau
• Looker Studio
• Qlik
• Ensure dashboards are visually appealing, accurate, and aligned with business needs.

3. Data Modeling

• Develop and maintain scalable data models, ETL processes, and data pipelines.
• Work with data engineers to improve data infrastructure, enhance data quality, and ensure data availability.

4. Business Partnering

• Work closely with senior leadership to understand business challenges and propose data-driven solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Present insights and recommendations to executives and non-technical stakeholders.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly analysis reports.
• Document data definitions, processes, and business rules.
• Implement best practices for BI reporting and data governance.

6. Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to automate reports and optimize BI workflows.
• Stay updated with the latest BI technologies, analytics methodologies, and data visualization trends.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 5–7+ years of experience in BI, data analysis, or data analytics.
• Proven experience in developing dashboards and analytical solutions.
• Experience working with large datasets in fast-paced environments.
