Role: Senior BI Developer / Sigma Lead

Contract: 12 Months (Extendable)

Role Summary

Linnk Group is looking for a Senior BI Developer / Sigma Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Sigma Computing and Power BI to lead enterprise-scale BI and data visualization initiatives. The role requires deep technical ownership of BI architecture, dashboard performance, governance standards, and stakeholder-driven analytics delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead all Business Intelligence and Data Visualization workstreams for the client
• Act as the Sigma Computing platform owner and technical SME
• Architect, develop, and optimize scalable dashboards using Sigma and Power BI
• Ensure optimal dashboard performance, data modeling efficiency, and query optimization
• Define and implement BI governance frameworks, including access controls, standards, and reusable components
• Lead or support migration initiatives from Power BI to Sigma Computing
• Translate business requirements into robust technical BI solutions
• Enforce visualization best practices across usability, consistency, and performance

Required Technical Skills & Experience

• 7+ years in BI, Analytics, or Data Visualization roles
• 1–2+ years (3+ preferred) hands-on experience with Sigma Computing
• Strong experience delivering enterprise BI solutions using Power BI
• Advanced knowledge of dashboard design principles and performance optimization
• Experience implementing BI standards, governance models, and reusable reporting frameworks
• Strong understanding of stakeholder-driven analytics delivery

Preferred / Bonus Skills

• Experience driving Power BI to Sigma migrations
• Prior consulting or multi-client delivery experience
