Senior Business Intelligence Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Digital Intelligence & Analytics Manager to lead data analytics, business intelligence, and digital performance reporting initiatives. What you'll do:

• Lead data analytics and digital intelligence initiatives across the organization
• Develop dashboards, reports, and performance tracking systems
• Analyze business, marketing, and operational data to support decision-making
• Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for performance improvement
• Collaborate with teams to improve data quality and reporting processes
• Support KPI development, tracking, and performance measurement frameworks
• Assist with digital transformation and analytics strategy execution
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership
• Improve data-driven processes and reporting efficiency

Requirements:

• Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, digital analytics, or related roles
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work with data reporting tools, dashboards, or analytics platforms
• Experience with KPI tracking and performance analysis preferred
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
• Technical or analytical background considered an asset
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Detail-oriented and structured approach to data interpretation

Pay: BD2,200.000 - BD3,800.000 per month
