TITLE: Senior Business Manager / Organizational & Sales Quality Assurance Director
LOCATION: San Diego, CA (A hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with company policies.)
DUTIES: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion efforts. Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to enhance performance and achieve targets. Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies that involve multi-national clientele as necessary, particularly for Asian communities. Play a pivotal role in driving business growth, managing sales strategies, identify areas of improvement and ensuring the highest standards of quality for customer service across organizational processes. Establish and maintain sales quality assurance policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices. Use data analysis to inform decision-making and drive operational efficiency. Develop training programs to educate sales staff on quality assurance protocols. Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Position will supervise three (3) - seven (7) employees. EOE
REQTS: Must have six (6) years of experience in the position offered, as a Sales or Quality Assurance Analyst, or a related position. Must have six (6) years of experience with all of the following: Managing multinational qualitative and quantitative market research projects, to support strategic sales decisions, ensuring compliance with industry standards in data quality, research ethics, and client reporting; Developing and implementing long-term business strategies for driving sales growth, client retention, and identifying market expansion opportunities across operational territories; Establishing and maintaining organizational sales quality assurance standards, including designing policies, conducting performance audits, and developing training protocols; Creating and managing sales and cost-of-service budgets (COS) and performance KPIs, using data analysis to assess project efficiency, optimize performance, and guide strategic decisions; Leading and mentoring cross-functional, multicultural teams of 30 or more individuals, with responsibilities including recruitment, training, client services, and operations; Utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales analytics tools to track key sales metrics, forecast outcomes, and support data-driven decisions; and Identifying and resolving execution barriers in business operations, including resource allocation, stakeholder alignment, and development of outreach and process improvement strategies.
TRAVEL REQT: No less than 50% domestic travel within the Southern California region is required to various and unanticipated company and client sites.
HOURS: Full-Time; Mon-Fri (40 hrs/week)
SALARY: $155,000 - $170,000 per year
