Senior Business Process & Analytics Analyst

The Senior Business Process & Analytics Analyst is a high-impact, cross-functional role responsible for driving operational excellence and digital transformation across the organization.

Operating at the intersection of Finance, Supply Chain, Service Center Operations, and IT, this role leads process optimization initiatives, reporting capabilities, and advances automation strategies that improve efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.

This position requires a data-driven leader who combines business acumen, analytical rigor, and systems expertise to deliver measurable business results.


Job Responsibilities

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead end-to-end process discovery and workflow redesign across operational functions.
  • Identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and automation opportunities.
  • Drive measurable improvements using Lean methodologies and structured problem-solving.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment and ensure sustainable implementation of process enhancements.

Financial & Operational Analytics

  • Deliver actionable insights through advanced financial and operational analysis.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and executive-level performance reporting.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Provide monthly financial analysis, variance reporting, and performance commentary.

Digital Transformation & Systems Leadership

  • Identify and implement automation and workflow enhancements across financial and operational processes.
  • Build business cases and ROI analyses for system and technology investments.
  • Serve as a key liaison across ERP, CRM, and reporting platforms, ensuring data integrity and system alignment.
  • Continuously evaluate opportunities to modernize reporting and operational tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, operations analysis, business analytics, or process improvement.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tools (Power BI or similar).
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive measurable change.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred).
