We specialise in mainland and free zone company formation, visas, and full relocation support. Our leads are generated through active marketing and are ready to be converted by the right salesperson.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-performing, experienced closer to handle inbound leads, manage client conversations, and convert opportunities into paying clients. This is not an entry-level role — we are specifically seeking someone with a proven track record in business setup sales within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle and convert inbound leads from the UK and UAE

* Conduct professional sales calls and consultations

* Advise clients on Mainland & Free Zone company formation and visa options

* Confidently handle objections and guide clients to decision

* Follow up consistently to maximise conversion rates

* Maintain organised records of all leads and interactions

* Work towards and achieve monthly revenue targets

Requirements:

*Minimum 2+ years proven experience in UAE business setup sales

*Demonstrated ability to close deals consistently (not just generate leads)

* Strong knowledge of Mainland and Free Zone structures

* Excellent spoken and written English

* Highly organised with strong follow-up discipline

* Confident, persuasive communicator with a professional sales approach

* Able to work independently and take ownership of results
