Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Senior Buyer for a full-time, on-site position based in Farwaniya. The Senior Buyer will lead procurement efforts, including vendor negotiations, market analysis, and supplier relationship management. This role is responsible for maintaining supply chain efficiency, managing purchasing budgets, and ensuring quality standards for materials and products. The selected candidate will also analyze purchasing trends, assess inventory levels, and collaborate with internal teams to align procurement strategies with business needs.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in procurement, supply chain management, and vendor negotiations
• Experience in market analysis, pricing strategies, and cost management
• Skills in inventory assessment, forecasting, and budgeting
• Experience in furniture and home accessories sourcing and procurement, including supplier selection and product development
• Strong knowledge of materials, trends, and quality standards within the home furnishing and lifestyle sector
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), especially for reporting and data analysis
• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar purchasing or procurement role
• Prior experience in luxury retail or lifestyle industries is an advantage
