The Role

• Eagle is seeking a skilled CAD Designer to join our team and help shape the future of AI-powered infrastructure design.

• You'll leverage your Civil 3D expertise to produce high-quality civil engineering drawings while collaborating with our product team to inform how we build technology that transforms design workflows.

What You'll Do

• Produce accurate, detailed civil engineering drawings and 3D models using Civil 3D for water, wastewater, stormwater, and transportation projects

• Develop and maintain CAD standards, templates, and best practices to ensure consistency across projects

• Collaborate with engineers to translate design concepts into polished construction documents

• Partner with our product team to test and provide feedback on AI-powered design tools

• Identify opportunities to streamline drafting workflows and improve production efficiency

• Manage and organize project files, xrefs, and data shortcuts to maintain clean project environments

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a CAD Designer in civil engineering (water, wastewater, stormwater, and/or transportation)

• Expert-level proficiency in Civil 3D, including corridors, pipe networks, grading, and surfaces

• Strong understanding of civil engineering design principles and construction documentation standards

• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to producing clean, accurate drawings

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment with evolving priorities

Compensation Range: $115K - $145K
