**Job Summary**:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Auto Mechanic to join our team. The Senior Auto Mechanic will play a pivotal role in maintaining and repairing vehicles, ensuring that they run smoothly and safely. This individual will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical issues, mentoring junior mechanics, and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our automotive service department.

**Responsibilities**:

1. **Vehicle Inspection and Diagnosis**:

- Perform detailed diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify complex issues.

- Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to pinpoint problems accurately.

2. **Repairs and Maintenance**:

- Conduct major repairs on various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical components.

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements.

- Complete complex automotive repairs, ensuring the safety and functionality of the vehicle.

3. **Mentorship and Training**:

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior mechanics, sharing expertise and knowledge.

- Assist in training and developing less experienced team members.

4. **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of all repair and maintenance work performed.

- Generate accurate reports on diagnostic findings and repair recommendations for clients.

5. **Quality Control**:

- Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and safety regulations.

- Conduct post-repair inspections to verify work quality.

6. **Parts Management**:

- Order, track, and manage automotive parts and supplies to ensure timely repairs.

- Maintain an organized and well-stocked workspace.

7. **Customer Service**:

- Communicate with clients to explain repair options and provide estimates.

- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

8. **Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to safety protocols, guidelines, and environmental regulations.

- Stay current with industry trends and changes in automotive technology.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Certification as an Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Master Technician is highly preferred.

- Proven experience as a Senior Auto Mechanic or equivalent role.

- Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools.

- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Physical stamina and flexibility to work in various positions.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
