Key Responsibilities:

- **Diagnose and Repair:** Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on various vehicle makes and models, including both petrol and diesel engines.

- **Maintenance:** Conduct routine maintenance and servicing of vehicles, including oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations, and more.

- **Troubleshooting:** Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to identify mechanical and electrical issues, and implement effective solutions.

- **Supervision:** Lead and mentor junior mechanics and apprentices, ensuring adherence to safety standards and best practices.

- **Customer Service:** Provide excellent customer service by explaining vehicle issues and repair options to clients, and offering professional advice.

- **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate records of all services and repairs performed, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

- **Parts Management:** Order and manage inventory of parts and supplies necessary for vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience as a car mechanic, with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role.

Education: Diploma or certification in automotive technology or a related field.

Skills: Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment, strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, and excellent manual dexterity.

Communication: Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Driving License: Valid driving license, with eligibility to obtain a UK driving license.

Preferred Attributes:

- Experience with European and Asian vehicle brands.
