Senior Card Product Management Specialist

We are hiring an experienced Senior Card Product Management Specialist with strong expertise in credit, debit, and prepaid card products within the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow card portfolios across credit, debit, and prepaid products
• Lead new card product launches and portfolio enhancement initiatives
• Drive card activation, spend growth, customer engagement, and profitability
• Manage loyalty/rewards programs and promotional campaigns
• Work closely with Visa/Mastercard and fintech partners
• Support digital banking and wallet integration initiatives
• Ensure compliance with SAMA regulations and banking standards

Requirements:

• 12–15 years of experience in cards/retail banking
• Strong background in card product management and portfolio growth
• Experience in GCC/Saudi banking market preferred
• Knowledge of digital banking and payment trends
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree required

Pay: ﷼50,000.00 - ﷼55,000.00 per month
