Job Description

Soluna Care Network is expanding across Texas and seeking entrepreneurial Senior Care Advisors to lead local territories.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals in healthcare, senior living, home health, hospice, social work, or related fields who want flexibility and the ability to build a meaningful local business helping families navigate senior care decisions.

Soluna Care Network helps families:

• Helping families understand care options
• Guiding decisions around assisted living and memory care
• Coordinating resources and next steps
• Providing access to nurse-led support when needed

As a Territory Partner, you will:

• Build relationships with senior living communities
• Meet with families and assess their needs
• Guide families through available care options
• Coordinate tours and introductions
• Serve as a trusted local resource in your community

Compensation

• Commission-based
• 60% of placement referral fees
• Typical earnings: $3,000–$6,000 per move-in

Additional income opportunities:

• $50 per Soluna membership referral
• Ongoing monthly referral income potential

Territory Partners operate independently and have the opportunity to build significant income while helping families during important life transitions.

Territory Partner Setup

Soluna provides new advisors with the tools needed to launch their territory.

This includes:

• advisor onboarding and training
• Soluna Senior Care Advisor certification program
• business cards and materials
• territory support and mentorship

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with assisted living and memory care communities
• Visit communities and maintain partnerships
• Meet with families to understand care needs
• Guide families through options and next steps
• Maintain strong professional relationships in your territory

Ideal Background

Experience in any of the following is helpful, but not required:

• Assisted living or memory care
• Hospice or home health
• Nursing or case management
• Social work
• Healthcare or senior services

Strong relationship builders who are passionate about helping families are encouraged to apply.
