We offer a range of services, including long-term assisted living, rehabilitation support, and short-term respite care. As we expand our footprint in Bangalore, we are looking for a Senior Care Consultant who can bridge the gap between healthcare excellence and compassionate family support.

The Role

The Senior Care Consultant is a pivotal role that combines consultative sales, relationship management, and healthcare outreach. You will be the first point of contact for families navigating the complex journey of senior care, guiding them with empathy while strategically building a network with healthcare professionals to drive facility occupancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Admissions & Counseling: Guide families through the decision-making process for senior care with professional empathy and clarity.
• Healthcare Outreach: Build and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, specialist doctors, and discharge planners across Bangalore.
• Growth & Occupancy: Drive admissions through proactive consultative engagement and follow-ups to meet facility occupancy goals.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Belvaa at medical forums, community events, and healthcare networking sessions.
• Site Management: Conduct personalized facility tours for prospective residents and their families, ensuring a high-standard experience.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in Senior Care, Assisted Living, or Rehabilitation facilities.
• Alternative Experience: We also welcome candidates with a strong background as a Medical Representative or Healthcare Outreach Executive with an established hospital and doctor network.
• Languages: Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi is essential to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele and local partners.
• Mobility: Must be comfortable with field travel within Bangalore for outreach and meetings.
