SENIOR CARE SALES EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target healthcare facilities, senior living communities, and medical organizations.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our senior care solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through proactive account management and personalized customer service.
  • Lead negotiations to close deals effectively while ensuring mutual value for clients and the company.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, competitor research, and outreach initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor product offerings that meet client needs and regulatory standards.
  • Deliver comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to track progress and inform strategic decisions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.

Experience

  • Proven success in B2B sales, particularly within medical sales or pharmaceutical sales environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing key accounts and guiding client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at various organizational levels.
  • Excellent communication skills for delivering compelling product demos and technical presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, with strong organizational skills for managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with analysis tools for market research and sales performance evaluation.
  • Experience in outside sales roles with a proactive approach to prospecting and client engagement. Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
