Senior Case Manager

RA & Associates is a fast growing Personal Injury law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal representation and personalized client care. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Case Manager to oversee all aspects of pre-litigation personal injury cases, ensuring that clients receive the best support and guidance from intake through demand preparation.

This role is ideal for someone with substantial personal injury experience, strong organizational skills, and a passion for helping clients navigate challenging situations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury files from start to demand stage.
  • Open and manage insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Coordinate and oversee clients’ medical care, maintaining regular communication with clients and medical providers.
  • Prepare both physical and electronic client files, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy.
  • Input and update case details in CasePeer database.
  • Request and track police reports and other relevant documentation.
  • Schedule, confirm, and calendar medical appointments.
  • Clearly explain procedures and required documentation to clients in an empathetic and professional manner.
  • Continuously monitor case status, review medical records, and ensure all case components are progressing effectively.

Qualifications:

  • REQUIRED: Minimum of 2+years of experience in personal injury as a Senior Case Manager.
  • Fluency in Spanish (bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply).
  • Strong understanding of personal injury case processes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to handle heavy client interaction.
  • Knowledge of medical and insurance terminology is a plus.
  • Proficiency with CasePeer or similar case management software.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
