Senior CDM Consultant

A forward-thinking Construction Consultancy is looking for a driven Senior CDM Consultant to join its expanding Birmingham team. You'll take the lead on a wide variety of projects across the commercial, residential, and public sectors, working with well-known clients and ambitious design teams to deliver excellence in health, safety, and design risk management.

As a Senior CDM Consultant, you'll act as a trusted advisor - guiding clients through the design process, identifying risks early, and finding practical, proactive solutions. This is not a box-ticking role; it's a chance to become a real partner in the design and delivery of some of the region's most exciting projects.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior CDM Consultant or Principal Designer within a consultancy environment

• In-depth knowledge of the CDM Regulations 2015 and design risk management

• NEBOSH Construction or equivalent H&S qualification (TechIOSH / IMaPS desirable)

• Strong communication skills and the confidence to lead client relationships

• A proactive, solutions-driven approach and a genuine interest in design safety
