Join a leading consultancy driving enterprise-wide transformation for a major manufacturing brand in the GCC. We are looking for a Change Consultant OR Senior Change Consultant with deep manufacturing sector experience to support the delivery of people-focused change across operations, systems, and culture.

Your impact:

• Drive stakeholder alignment, readiness and communications
• Map impacts across locaions, functions, and systems
• Lead workshops and coach leaders through the change
• Ensure end-user adoption and reduce resistance

You bring:

• 7+ years in organisational change roles
• Retail or consumer goods transformation background
• Track record delivering communications, engagement, and training support
• Experience in operating model, systems or ERP-related change (Oracle a plus)
• Arabic language skills ESSENTIAL
