We are looking for a Senior Logistics Operations Director who can take full ownership of our operational strategy. You are not just managing deliveries; you are optimizing an entire logistics ecosystem. You will lead a high performing operations team, ensuring seamless coordination between fleet, warehouses, and clients. You are the operational leader who balances efficiency, cost control, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Leadership:
Oversee and manage all logistics and transportation operations across Oman, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Fleet and Transport Management:
Supervise fleet utilization, maintenance planning, and driver performance to maximize efficiency.

Process Optimization:
Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs, improve delivery timelines, and enhance operational workflows.

Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop operations managers, supervisors, and logistics staff across multiple functions.

Data and Performance Management:
Track KPIs, analyze operational data, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder Management:
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure seamless logistics execution and service delivery.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
10+ years in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations, with at least 4+ years in a senior leadership role.

Operational Expertise:
Strong background in fleet management, large scale logistics operations, and process optimization.

Leadership:
Proven ability to lead and scale teams in a fast paced operational environment.

Technical Skills:
Experience with logistics systems, fleet tracking tools, and operational analytics platforms.

Regional Knowledge:
Familiarity with Oman and GCC transport regulations is highly preferred.

Mindset:
