A luxury Qatari chocolate house crafting fine bonbons, ganaches, truffles, pralines, and artistic chocolate lines — all produced in-house with uncompromising attention to detail, design, and flavor integrity.
Role Summary:
The Senior Chocolatier will oversee all aspects of chocolate production, innovation, and presentation — translating the brand’s creative direction into technical excellence. This role requires refined craftsmanship and a deep understanding of both traditional and contemporary chocolate techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recipes for bonbons, pralines, truffles, ganaches, and coated nuts.
Oversee daily production, ensuring consistency in flavor, shine, and texture.
Lead R&D for new product lines and seasonal releases.
Manage tempering, molding, and enrobing operations.
Coordinate closely with design and packaging teams for new collections.
Train and supervise junior chocolatiers and production assistants.
Uphold hygiene, safety, and storage standards for all chocolate processes.
Required Expertise:
7+ years of professional chocolate-making experience, preferably in a luxury brand or boutique environment.
Strong mastery in tempering, ganache emulsions, flavor balancing, and decorative finishing.
Understanding of couverture, fillings, and storage behavior under varying climates.
R&D orientation with artistic presentation skills.
Fluent English or Arabic is an asset.
