Senior Civil Engineer

Job description

Role & responsibilities

· Plan, execute, and monitor all civil engineering works for the residential project.

· Supervise site engineers, contractors, and labor teams to ensure smooth project execution.

· Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and construction schedules.

· Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and statutory approvals (BMC, RERA, etc.).

· Monitor daily progress, prepare site reports, and update management on milestones.

· Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and MEP teams for design and execution.

· Conduct quality checks for materials and workmanship as per standards.

· Resolve on-site technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions.

· Manage cost control, minimize wastage, and ensure timely procurement of materials.

· Ensure timely completion of project phases and adherence to deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
