Senior Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer with a strong background in maintenance and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day maintenance activities, manage subcontractors, ensure compliance with safety standards, and deliver high-quality service within project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute civil maintenance activities for buildings, structures, and infrastructure.
• Manage AMC operations, ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out as per schedule.
• Conduct site inspections, identify defects, and propose effective repair solutions.
• Prepare BOQs, estimates, work orders, and technical reports.
• Supervise civil works including plumbing, masonry, painting, waterproofing, carpentry, and related tasks.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for timely execution of work.
• Ensure strict compliance with quality, safety standards, and company policies.
• Monitor material usage, maintain inventory, and verify contractor bills.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams for issue resolution and project updates.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and site supervisors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in building maintenance, facility management, or AMC projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil repair techniques, materials, and maintenance practices.
• Ability to read/interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and maintenance reporting tools.
