Senior Civil Engineer

Job description:

Review architectural and civil plans and prepare quantity needs.

Estimate the quantity and costs of materials.

Prepares architectural and civil specifications and bill of quantities for projects.

perform quantity verification and review of existing BOQs.

prepare and analyses project costings for tenders, such as materials, quantities, labor and time.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's in civil engineering.

Must have experience in reviewing material submittals.

experience of 5 years on site.

must have prior experience in UAE not less than 5 years.

Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.

In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry.
