Senior Civil Engineer

Location: Qatar
Salary: QAR 20,000 – 25,000 (Full Package) + Benefits as per Qatar Labor Law

Job Summary:
The Senior Civil Engineer will oversee civil engineering works related to treated and wastewater projects, managing contractors, leading teams, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (qualification obtained from North America, Western Europe, or Australia)
• Chartered Membership in Engineering discipline (preferred)
• MBA or secondary relevant degree is an advantage
• Valid Qatar Driving License
• Minimum 15 years of total experience, including at least 5 years in treated/wastewater projects
• Strong experience managing contractors and leading technical teams
• Knowledge of contract management and change delivery
• Solid understanding of QHSE policies and regulations
• Arabic communication skills (spoken and written) preferred
