Senior Civil Engineer

Job Vacancy – Senior Civil Engineer (UAE Experience Required)

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team.

Core Requirements:

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience within the UAE (MANDATORY)
• Must be registered and approved by the Municipality (Dubai Municipality / Sharjah Municipality / Trakhees or equivalent)
• Proven experience in full site management and project execution
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage engineers, supervisors, and labor teams
• Fluent in Arabic (Mandatory)
• Very good command of English
• Age must not exceed 35 years
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines

Technical Expertise:

• Strong experience in construction works (Concrete, Finishing, Fit-Out)
• Ability to read and interpret Shop Drawings and IFC Drawings
• Experience in BOQ preparation and Material Take-Off
• Full knowledge of UAE construction codes and regulations
• Experience dealing with consultants, municipalities, and authorities
• Handling progress payments and project invoicing
• Preparing detailed daily and weekly project reports

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in AutoCAD
• MS Project or Primavera (highly preferred)
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong reporting and analytical skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Full supervision and management of project sites
• Ensure execution in line with approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Monitor project timelines and ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain quality control and site safety standards
• Resolve technical issues and make on-site decisions

Preferred Qualifications:

• UAE Driving License is a strong advantage
• Experience in villa or commercial projects is preferred
• Available for immediate joining
