We are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer who will take ownership of major construction and infrastructure projects. You are not just supervising sites, you are driving engineering excellence, ensuring quality, and delivering projects that meet the highest standards. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to transform plans into reality.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership
Lead civil engineering projects from planning, design review, and execution through to completion.

Site Management
Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and timelines.

Technical Oversight
Review drawings, calculations, and materials to ensure engineering accuracy and quality.

Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and government authorities to ensure smooth project delivery.

Quality and Compliance
Ensure all work adheres to local regulations, safety standards, and company quality benchmarks.

What We Are Looking For

Experience
6 plus years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years handling large scale infrastructure or construction projects.

Education
Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management, and engineering software.

Certifications
Professional certifications or GCC project experience is an advantage.

Mindset
You are detail oriented, solutions focused, and capable of leading teams in fast paced project environments.

Pay: RO2,000.000 - RO2,500.000 per month
