Senior Civil Engineer

About the Role

We are hiring a Dubai Municipality-approved Senior Civil Engineer to lead technical and commercial delivery for residential renovation, apartment turn-work, villa extensions, G+1 contracting villas, G+1 building projects, and interior works across Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Lead project estimation, BOQs, and cost planning for tenders and proposals
• Prepare drawings, specifications, and technical submissions
• Submit NOCs, permits, and approvals with Dubai Municipality
• Oversee project technical quality and compliance
• Senior site visits and technical supervision (junior site engineers will support on daily presence as projects scale)
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors
• Support company's Dubai Municipality contractor grading pathway

Requirements

• Dubai Municipality approved Civil Engineer — MANDATORY (submit approval certificate with application)
• Minimum 5 years UAE experience post-graduation
• Transferable UAE residence visa — non-negotiable
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from recognised university
• Strong estimation and BOQ experience — non-negotiable
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Excel (advanced), project management tools
• Strong English — written and spoken
• Experience with Dubai Municipality permit submission processes
• Self-driven, able to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Valid UAE driving licence strongly preferred

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
