Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead and manage the design and development of key projects. This role involves creating and overseeing preliminary site plans, tentative maps, improvement plans, stormwater control reports, hydrology reports, and site feasibility exhibits. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing projects across various sectors and will be familiar with the permitting requirements for different municipalities and jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site planning and design, including grading design and stormwater management
• Perform hydraulic and hydrologic analysis
• Manage utility design and coordination efforts
• Oversee construction administration to ensure adherence to design specifications
• Ensure compliance with all jurisdictional and municipal requirements for obtaining permits

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D 2020 or earlier, MS Office
• Proven experience with site feasibility, stormwater control, grading, and hydrology reports
• Strong project management and presentation skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of engineering principles
• Knowledge of local municipal requirements and processes for obtaining project permits
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Civil Engineering Field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
