Senior Civil Engineer - Commercial Building Construction (7+ Years experience)

Job OverviewSeeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead the technical execution of complex commercial building projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion within budget, requiring strong site management and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution & Supervision: Oversee daily site activities, manage manpower and subcontractors, and ensure work aligns with project plans and schedules.
• Technical Oversight: Interpret civil/structural drawings, BOQs, and specifications; ensure adherence to codes (ACI, AISC) and standards.
• Quality & Safety: Implement and monitor quality control measures and enforce strict HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) protocols.
• Coordination & Communication: Liaise with architects, clients, consultants, and other engineering disciplines (MEP) for approvals and issue resolution.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare progress reports, measurement books, material requisitions, and site documentation.
• Resource & Budget Management: Assist in material planning, site logistics, resource allocation, and cost control.
• Problem Solving: Provide technical solutions and resolve design/development issues that arise during construction.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years in building construction, with proven experience in commercial/large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural elements (foundations, slabs, beams, columns) and finishes.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD) for design review/analysis.
• Expertise in site execution, quality control, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Relevant professional certifications (preferred).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
