Senior Civil Engineer( supervision)

Provide technical oversight and quality assurance during construction supervision for bridges, roads, and public infrastructure.

Interface with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment across architectural, structural, geotechnical, and utility designs.

Review shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and RFIs submitted by contractors for technical accuracy and compliance.

Monitor construction progress, participate in site inspections and progress meetings, and advise on civil engineering issues.

Support in resolving technical conflicts, assessing proposed changes, and participating in value engineering exercises.

Ensure that all civil works adhere to client requirements, local authority regulations, and international best practices.

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge-sharing and development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Civil Engineering; Master’s degree is preferred.

Solid background in design review, consultancy services, and construction supervision (non-contracting role).

Previous involvement in large-scale projects involving bridges (especially cable-stayed), road networks, and utilities.

Proficient in civil design and review tools (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, MS Office, etc.).
