Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead complex design projects for industrial, utility, municipal, and institutional clients. This role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead civil design for energy, utilities, and infrastructure projects
• Oversee projects from initiation to construction closure
• Mentor junior engineers and review technical work
• Perform design and engineering calculations for site/civil systems
• Manage planning, permitting, and design for stormwater, water/wastewater, pump stations, and geothermal projects
• Prepare construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates
• Develop and implement SWPPP and manage permitting tasks
• Conduct field inspections and ensure QA/QC
• Represent the firm in client meetings and project proposals

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Experience: 7–10 years in civil engineering, focusing on utilities and public infrastructure
• Licensure: EIT required; PE preferred
• Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office; Revit a plus
• Other: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
