What you'll do:

• Lead and oversee civil engineering and construction projects from planning through completion
• Manage project schedules, budgets, timelines, and operational performance
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and site teams
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards
• Review engineering plans, reports, and construction documentation
• Support procurement, resource planning, and project execution strategies
• Monitor project risks and implement effective solutions
• Mentor engineering and construction staff to improve performance and productivity
• Provide regular progress updates to senior leadership
• Drive continuous improvement across engineering and site operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in civil engineering, construction management, or infrastructure projects
• Leadership or team management experience within construction or engineering environments
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and project deadlines
• Knowledge of construction processes, project coordination, and site operations
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment
• Engineering-related education or equivalent practical experience is preferred
• Experience with large commercial, infrastructure, or industrial projects is an advantage

Pay: ﷼28,000.00 - ﷼42,000.00 per month
