We are looking for a Senior Civil Engineering Manager who can oversee complex engineering operations while guiding multidisciplinary teams toward successful project execution. This role is not just about managing timelines and budgets. You will help define engineering standards, improve operational processes, and ensure every project meets the highest level of safety and quality.

You will collaborate closely with project directors, contractors, consultants, and executive leadership while acting as the technical authority across multiple active developments.

Key Responsibilities:

Engineering Leadership:
Lead civil engineering operations across multiple construction and infrastructure projects while ensuring alignment with project goals, budgets, and timelines.

Project Oversight:
Manage project planning, execution, risk assessment, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery from initiation through completion.

Team Management:
Supervise engineering teams, site managers, consultants, and contractors while mentoring junior engineers and supporting professional development initiatives.

Quality and Compliance:
Ensure all engineering activities comply with local regulations, safety standards, environmental requirements, and company quality procedures.

Stakeholder Coordination:
Collaborate with government authorities, clients, consultants, and internal leadership teams to maintain strong project communication and operational transparency.

Operational Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve construction processes, reduce project risks, optimize workflows, and strengthen engineering efficiency across departments.

Budget and Reporting:
Monitor project budgets, cost controls, engineering reports, and progress updates while presenting operational insights to senior management.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering, construction management, or infrastructure development, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

Technical Expertise:
Strong background in large scale commercial, industrial, or infrastructure construction projects with deep understanding of engineering operations and project delivery.

Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee contractors, and lead high pressure projects within fast paced construction environments.

Communication:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across technical and executive level teams.

Education:
Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline is required. Professional engineering certifications are highly preferred.

Mindset:
You are solutions driven, detail oriented, and capable of balancing strategic planning with day to day operational execution.

Pay: KD1,700.000 - KD1,950.000 per month

Work Location: In person
