Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Civil Finishing Engineer to manage and execute all finishing-related activities at the project site. The role involves ensuring high-quality finishes, coordination with contractors, adherence to drawings and specifications, and timely completion of work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute all finishing works including:
• Plastering, tiling, flooring, marble & granite works
• Painting, polishing, false ceiling, carpentry, doors & windows
• Ensure finishing works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and internal teams
• Prepare and follow daily work plans and schedules to meet project timelines
• Monitor material usage, wastage control, and site inventory related to finishing works
• Conduct quality checks and inspections at various stages of finishing
• Ensure rectification of snags and punch list items before handover
• Maintain daily progress reports (DPRs) and site records
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and site protocols
• Assist in handover documentation and final finishing approvals

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, methods, and quality standards
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and finishing drawings
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in handling multiple contractors
• Knowledge of IS standards and site safety norms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
