Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer with 2–5 years of experience to manage day-to-day site activities, ensure quality execution, and coordinate with project stakeholders for timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction/site activities as per drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and report progress to management
• Conduct site measurements, quantity checks, and material verification
• Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Resolve on-site technical issues and escalate critical concerns when required
• Maintain site documentation, DPR, and reporting
• Verify billing quantities and support project handover activities

Required Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or relevant field)
• 2–5 years of experience in construction/project execution
• Strong knowledge of site supervision, drawings interpretation, and BOQ
• Familiarity with MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools
• Good communication and coordination skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
